Unable to launch PRD Hyperspace (Acumen 2.0 Epic)

Issue:
After signing into the Citrix gateway for Acumen 2.0, Epic won't launch.  When trying to open PRD Hyperspace, nothing happens.

Resolution:
Clearing your browser's cache as detailed below typically resolves this issue.
       1.  Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of your browser (Edge, Chrome, etc.).
      2.  Navigate to Settings.
      3.  On the left side of the window, select the Privacy tab.
      4.  Depending on your browser, select "Clear browsing data" or "Choose what to clear."
      5.  Make sure the time period in the drop-down menu is set to "All time."
      6.  Clear the browsing data and then close your browser.
      7.  Open Acumen 2.0 again and sign in.  If asked to install Citrix again, please click "Detect Receiver" and/or "Already Installed."
      8.  You should now be able to launch PRD Hyperspace/Epic.
